Yandal Project Exploration Update – Intrusion Related Gold Targets

Yandal Project Exploration Update – Intrusion Related Gold Targets

Strickland has expanded the high-resolution (50 metre spaced) ground gravity survey to encompass an additional 9km of strike south of Dusk ‘til Dawn that looks geophysically similar with respect to low density anomalism. The Company is in the process of collecting and re-sampling historic drill chips from exploration programs completed in the 1990’s across this expanded survey area to better map alteration zonation. Samples will also be analysed for a full multi-element geochemical suite of elements that will ultimately generate a model similar to Dusk ‘til Dawn, which Strickland can then drill test. Intrusion Related Copper Targets Identified at Conglomerate Creek

Intrusion Related Copper Targets Identified at Conglomerate Creek

The high-definition gravity and magnetic surveys completed over the Conglomerate Creek Prospect and the subsequent data inversion, produced a 3D view of the area’s subsurface magnetic and gravity characteristics. The inversion identified a large mineral system-scale igneous intrusion about 2km in diameter, which is associated with several large structures in the area. A secondary intrusion to the northeast was also identified from the inversion. Several discrete gravity anomalies associated with the area’s major structures and coincident discrete magnetic features have been identified as high-priority targets. These new Conglomerate Creek targets are obscured beneath sediments and have not been identified or tested by previous exploration. They represent significant discovery potential in a region with known intrusion-related copper-gold mineralisation potential. Terra Resources processed, inverted, and interpreted the magnetic and gravity data. The inversion produced a three-dimensional image representing the magnetic and gravity characteristics of the rocks beneath the surface. Read the full announcement...
Multiple Uranium Targets Identified by Detailed EM Surveys at Cluff Lake Project

Multiple Uranium Targets Identified by Detailed EM Surveys at Cluff Lake Project

The survey has delineated several basement conductors, which are potential pathways for uranium mineralising fluids. In the Douglas River area, two high-priority drill target areas have been defined just 5km and 14km north-east of the Shea Creek uranium deposits. Importantly, these targets are interpreted to be only 100-300m below surface. Expert Geophysics were contracted to fly the airborne EM survey, using MobileMT (airborne magnetotelluric) technology to help further refine and prioritise the current drilling targets within the Company’s tenements. Consulting geophysics group, Terra Resources, were engaged to complete the interpretation of the survey results. Read the full announcement...
Substantial New Drill Targets Defined at Yidby old Project

Substantial New Drill Targets Defined at Yidby old Project

Surefire Resources is pleased to advise shareholders that new priority drill targets have been defined at its 100% owned Yidby Gold Project located approximately 350km from Perth in Western Australia, and surrounded by major gold deposits. Surefire requested Terra Resources Geophysical and Geological consulting to reinterpret data with the aim of identifying prospective extensions of the gold mineralization detected in Surefire’s previous drill programs, and selecting new drill targets. Visual Sulphides in Tiger Cu-Au-Zn-Ag Drilling – Mangaroon Gold (100%)

Visual Sulphides in Tiger Cu-Au-Zn-Ag Drilling – Mangaroon Gold (100%)

A total of 8 RC holes (1,456m) have been completed in the first ever drill program at Tiger Cu-Au-Zn-Ag with 6 holes intersecting significant visual sulphide mineralisation. Downhole geophysics including electromagnetic (DHEM) and magnetometric resistivity (DHMMR) surveys are underway to identify massive sulphide targets for follow up drilling.
