Kambale Graphite RC Drilling Program Completed

Kambale Graphite RC Drilling Program Completed

Castle Minerals has completed 52 RC holes for 5,353m at its flagship Kambale graphite project, Ghana with six holes added to the program in response to excellent looking graphitic schist encountered in new areas and along trend from previously drilled zones. Most of the RC drill hole locations were guided by a recently completed ground HLEM geophysical survey that identified numerous conductive plates many of which correlate well with known areas of graphitic schist but with several having no drill holes nearby. New EM Anomalies at Great Southern Graphite Project

New EM Anomalies at Great Southern Graphite Project

An orientation ground EM survey over selected areas at Great Southern Graphite Project’s Kendenup and Martagallup licences has identified eight high-priority anomalies for follow-up investigation and improved understanding of the controls on mineralisation. Read the full announcement...
Highly Prospective Uranium Targets Identified at Cluff Lake Project Near Historical Uranium Mine

Highly Prospective Uranium Targets Identified at Cluff Lake Project Near Historical Uranium Mine

Seven high-priority targets have been identified based on historical data and geophysical interpretation. The targets are based on a thorough review of historical exploration data which has been integrated with a detailed geological interpretation of all publicly available geophysical data completed by Valor’s consultant geophysics team, Terra Resources. 3D-IP Highlights Extensive Sulphide Zones at Mulga Bill

3D-IP Highlights Extensive Sulphide Zones at Mulga Bill

Offset pole-dipole induced polarisation (3D-IP) survey has identified large chargeable zones that are interpreted to be disseminated sulphide bodies beneath the central 3km strike of Mulga Bill. These zones correlate very closely with the gravity anomaly identified by GBR’s survey last year. Importantly, the previously-recognised correlation between gold and sulphur in GBR’s assay data suggests sulphide zones are an important target for gold mineralisation. Read the full announcement...
Kambale Graphite EM Survey Increases Size Expectations

Kambale Graphite EM Survey Increases Size Expectations

The horizontal loop ground electromagnetic survey (HLEM) was undertaken in March 2022 by SAGAX Afrique SA with oversight, data processing and interpretation undertaken by Perth based Terra Resources Pty Ltd. Castle Managing Director, Stephen Stone commented “The HLEM survey at our Kambale graphite project has not only achieved our main objective of better defining the extent of the graphite mineralisation below cover but has also provided a very strong indication of likely extensions to the known resources and mineralisation. The next stage is for drilling to confirm all of this and to identify areas of highest quality material ahead of a major phase of test work.” Read the full announcement...
Seismic Data Modelling Lights Up Mawson

Seismic Data Modelling Lights Up Mawson

Processing and modelling have now been completed with Mr Barry Bourne from Terra Resources as external consultant. Terra Resources principal consultant Mr Barry Bourne said “A detailed geological and geophysical review lead to the concept of seismic to further advance exploration at Mawson. Forward planning and modelling coupled with conventional seismic acquisition and advanced processing techniques has resulted in a world class outcome as evidenced by the detail in this annoucement.” Read the full announcement...
